Palak Paneer. palak paneer healthy, testy, delicious dish. It is Creamy palak (spinach) paste with paneer cheese. This recipe made by my husband. It is a very easy method. I love it. Palak Paneer serve with chapati or hot rice. PALAK PANEER INGREDIENTS: Spinach - 3 bunch(small bunch) Onion -1 Tomato - 1 Green chillies - 2 Garlic - 3 cloves Ginger - ½ inch Cumin powder - ½ teaspoon Coriander powder - ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon Salt - to taste cooking oil - 2 tablespoons cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon Paneer - 200 gm METHOD: 1. 3 bunch(small bunch) of spinach. Cut the root. rinse the spinach in clean water. 2. Keep some water in a large pot to boil and add 1 tablespoon salt in water. keep the washed palak or spinach leaves for 3-4 mins. 3.
