PALAK PANEER

Palak Paneer. palak paneer healthy, testy, delicious dish. It is Creamy palak (spinach) paste with paneer cheese. This recipe made by my husband. It is a very easy method. I love it. Palak Paneer serve with chapati or hot rice.

PALAK PANEER

 INGREDIENTS:

Spinach  - 3 bunch(small bunch)
Onion  -1
Tomato  - 1
Green chillies  - 2
Garlic  - 3 cloves 
Ginger  - ½ inch
Cumin powder  - ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder  - ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder  - ½ teaspoon 
Salt  - to taste
cooking oil  - 2 tablespoons
cumin seeds  - ½ teaspoon
Paneer  -  200 gm

METHOD:

1.  3 bunch(small bunch) of spinach. Cut the root. rinse the spinach in clean water.
2.  Keep some water in a large pot to boil and add 1 tablespoon salt in water. keep the washed palak or spinach leaves for 3-4 mins.
3.  Keep the blanched palak or spinach leaves  in blender.
4.  Make a smooth paste of palak or spinach leaves.

6.  One onion, one tomato, 2 green chillies, 4 cloves of garlic and half inch ginger.
7.  Onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic and ginger cut into small pieces. Keep this in blender.
8.  Add ½ teaspoon cumin powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder and salt to taste.
9.  Add 4 tablespoons water.
10.  Make a smooth paste of this Ingredients.
11. Take a pan. Add 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
12.  Now heat the oil and add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds. Fry 2 min or until they are changing color.
13.  Now add ingredients(onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, ginger) smooth paste. Mix well. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
14.  Take 200 gm paneer and cut into cubes.
15.  Add in the pan and stir  2-3 times.
16. Next add smooth paste of palak or spinach leaves.
17.  Cook for 3 minutes. stir  3-4 times.
18. This is final stage. Now palak paneer is ready to serve.

12.  Now heat the oil and add ½ teaspoon cumin seeds. Fry 2 min or until they are changing color.


13.  Now add ingredients(onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, ginger) smooth paste. Mix well. Stir for 2-3 minutes.


14.  Take 200 gm paneer and cut into cubes.


15.  Add in the pan and stir  2-3 times.


16. Next add smooth paste of palak or spinach leaves.


17.  Cook for 3 minutes. stir  3-4 times.


18. This is final stage. Now palak paneer is ready to serve.

Keep the dough covered for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes the dough divide into 4 part.  Now take one part and roll it long thin.  And cut this into 1 centimeter thick pieces.  Now turn this pieces into round ball.  Then press each round ball as a thin layer on the back of a fork and roll the thin layer into a        curl shape. as shown in the picture.  Take a pan.  Turn on the gas.  Pour 2 cups of cooking oil in the pan.  Heat the oil in the pan

Kiwi Banana Smoothie

    Kiwi Banana Smoothie       INGREDIENTS:       Kiwi  -  2  (peeled and cut into small pieces)       Banana  -  1 (peeled and cut into small pieces)       Honey  -  3 to 4 tablespoons       Almonds  -  4       Cashews  -  4       Milk  -  250ml.       METHOD:      Two medium-sized kiwi peeled and cut into small pieces. One banana peeled and cut into small pieces. Two tablespoons of honey. Take four almonds and four cashews. Place kiwi, banana, honey, almonds, cashews in a blender.  Add 250ml of milk. Blend until very smooth. Now serve chilled Kiwi Banana Smoothie.  Kiwi Banana Smoothie 1. Two medium-sized kiwi peeled and cut into small pieces. 2. One banana peeled and cut into small pieces. 3.
